Any advice for someone who is not a breakfast person??
I am not a breakfast person at all and I was wondering if i can juice some fruits and veggies, maybe 20 ounces to drink in the morning or drink a slim fast 100 calorie shake for breakfast?

Please help!

A medium boiled egg and a grapefriut when I'm in a hurry. Sometimes I will grab a Slim-fast on the go with a piece of fruit for breakfast.

Not very many fruits and veggies mix well, I know that its very popular to do it but your digestion isn't impressed with fads, it's either fruits or veggies for the best digestion. You could add some ground flax meal or wheat germ bran for fiber into the shake. Sprinkle cinnamon in your shake to balance blood sugar

If you don't like traditional breakfast food then try something "lunchy" ... doesn't need to be much but anything healthy is going to help get your metabolism moving in the morning.

Agree with jjswbs2, start by eating a small amount of something you like. This should get you in the habit of eating in the morning.
