need a pal on this journey
i just joined the site. my wife is my primary motivator. i am
73yrs old with a bum leg which inhibits ex. currently weigh 375 and waant to get to 250. tall task. trkying to hod to 1500cal per daylots of veggies and fruit. green tea and sent off for the acai stuff. any other really big folks out tjhere. too old for the beryatric surgery.

that sounds like me female 62 years young
I have bad knees and I work 12 hours shifts so its really hard to figure out when to eat and when to stop I start out each day saying to day I will walk and watch what I eat but I fall off to easyly
need all the help that I can get
Iam 5ft 4 inch and 171 lbs that doesn't sound to bad but for my knees it is I would like to lost about 40 bls

Hi...I'm new too!
Well, I think I am the oldest to join this group, as I am almost sixty-seven. I think we start each and every day as a newbie....at least I do. If we look at it as controlling our eating for the next twenty-four hours, it's not quite as daunting. What do you think about this approach?
I am 140 pounds and want to get my wieght down to a healthier 125 pounds.
