When the scale is going down, I seem to want to jump on it quicker every morning!

yes I am. I was told by a doctor that helped me lose some of my weight. That I should weigh every morning, same scale same time. How else are you going to know if you are gaining or losing. That way even if you gained 5 lbs you can get a hold of it before you gain back to much.

Yes!
I do try to hold the excitment for about every 3 days. Then I will see the results better. But yes.. definitely cant wait.
