Beginner Help
Hi everyone! I'm new here and have a quick question...
I'm looking to tone/trim my thighs and bum (not adding any bulk, but becoming longer and leaner). I heard that Yoga and Pilates are the best workouts to achieve those results, but I am unsure where to begin...Anyone know of a program on here that I can use to achieve those results? Thanks so much!
P.S. - If it helps, I'm in the beginner/intermediate category (as I've done some yoga and know the basics).
