Check out this great website
This website has helped me. Also try Zumba at a local gym. It is hard to keep up at first, but it is awesome and a lot of fun. I currently weigh 234 and I started a couple of weeks ago and it has really brought down some of my weight. Many blessings

Lose on my Own
I always just watched my fat intake and cut portions way down. And lost. My problem is sticking with it!

Way to go
