Did your appetite shrink quick when you started dieting?
I'm roughly coming up on a month into my diet. I decided to eat some chicken teriyaki tonight from the great wall. I didn't wanna eat the whole thing since I thought the calories might be a lil heavy so I thought i'd eat less. Sprinkled just a little of the white rice on it. Used to I could eat the whole thing and most the rice....I really didn't eat any the rice....and barely a third of the chicken.

Portion Size
You get used to eating smaller portions. Make sure you are getting enough fiber (to fill you up) and eat enough calories to keep your furnace going.

Appetite
I don't feel like my appetite is smaller. I still eat a lot of food... just better choices. Whole foods. Loads of fiber and almost no refined carbs or artificial additives.

Smaller portions
When ordering your food choice also ask for a "to go" box... When your food comes, immediately place 1/2 of your entree into the box and take it home with you... After an hour or so and you find you're getting hungry you could then eat what's in the box-- teaches you to eat smaller and more frequent meals!! Good luck

Never been on a diet
I have never been on a diet and that is because I don't eat flour or sugar. I discovered when I was a teenager and started training. That if I ate bread or sugar I would get heartburn and wasn't very nice to train. So I didn't eat them much and never had a weight problem. I eat about 2100 calories a day. No flour or sugar and its a mountain of food. So just eat clean and use fresh lemons to wash your fruit and vegetables.
