Emotional Eater
Hi
I am new to FitClick and today I want to get healthy and shed some much needed weight. I have been successful in the past...the far past!! But I am an emotional eater...I eat when I am upset and I eat when I am happy!!! I had success when I used the WW points system and tracked everything. I am hoping to do that again by tracking my diet through FitClick. My other issue is that I do not like many vegetables so I find it difficult to eat a balanced meal. Any suggestions?

The Best Veggies!
Hi! I know about the veggies! Bluck! Some of my favorite things are:
cauliflower with cheese
broccoli
V8 juice
carrots
salads-have a salad for a meal and spice it up with dressings and eggs for protein!
Some other ideas are sneaking veggies in by buying Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, or putting veggies on things like pizza or sandwhichs!
