Essay on fitness dynamic experience
Hi guys, do you know maybe who I can ask here for some advice? My coach asked me to write.... an essay about some kind of 'before' and 'after', i.e. my fitness dynamic experience, using my calories calculator for 6 months and my fitness journal. The point is that I... I have no positive dynamic yet and the fitness journal thread here is dated 2012 so most likely it is helpless. So does anyone here have similar experience?

Fire your coach
In principle the heading of my message is self-explanatory. Your coach should be coaching you, not asking to write some theoretic essays about your progress! It is the same as to write an essay about progressive love to your spouse. Feelings are to be felt, not written about. Same here. Fire your coach and find new.

Ann, but why don’t you think the coach just noticed the absence of progress so this is why he or she gave her that assignment to finally make her start working?
