Feeling un motivated
I am motivated to eat right and I am doing really well but I can't get motivated to start working out. I can't afford a gym membership so I am stuck with exercising at home and I find I make excuses all the time about why I didn't exercise that day. I am 330 pounds and I need to lose 200 lbs and I know that exercise will help me lose faster but I just can't seem to get up and do it. Any suggestions?

Working Out at Home
I also work out at home. Try setting small, attainable, incremental goals for increasing the intensity of your workout. I doubt anybody can stick with it if the workout doesn't progress (showing no improvement). For example, if you're using weights and doing say, 4 sets of a particular exercise, be determined that each time you hit that exercise you will either add a minimum of 1 rep on at least 1 set, or you will increase the weight. Same principle for walking, swimming, etc. Push yourself every time. Also, if using weights, make sure you don't do it too often. I use a 9 day rotation to give my muscles 8 days off to recover and grow. Good luck!!
