Find it hard
Anyone else find it hard to find foods on the "How Many Calories" I typed in Steamed Rice and I got broccli and restarant crap rice and some brown rice that had fat in it. How in the world do you get fat in Rice. That like getting fat in a baked potatoe.
Took me 20 min's to find normal home cooked "Steamed Rice"
.
Would have been faster to go to the store and read it off the bag.

searching foods
enter just one word in your food search--- like egg (instead of scrambled egg) and it will take you to all the listing to choose from-- when you find your selection then double click on it and it should give you the nutritional value (fat, protein, etc)--- Keep in mind that you can make your own recipes under the Favorites Tab--
