FitClick Select Plan scheduling question
Is there a way to choose which exercises you do on certain days? I have been using the FitClick select plan for some time, and it has me scheduled to do lower-body lifting every Friday. Now that it is getting warmer, I will be back cycling on the weekends, and would like to move my lower body work to earlier in the week so I am not riding on Saturday morning like an old man. I would love to just be able to switch my Thursday workout with my Friday workout to give my legs an extra day to recover. I did my lower body work today (Thursday) and tried deleting all of the normal Thursday exercises and replacing them with my normal Friday exercises, but the FitClick select plan won't continue that pattern into next week. Is there an easier way than have to delete and re-enter everything every week? That could get really old really fast.

Thanks,

Josh

FitClick Select Plan scheduling question
The Select track doesn't let you make edits like that, but you could simply create a new workout by using the "copy day" function to move days and then using the "save as new plan" function to create a new routine out of the days you have already created.
