Glad I Never Smoked Cigarettes!
It seemed when I was growing up everyone smoked and I don't know why I never wanted to....glad I never had that urge. When you look at something at is appx 3" long that can control your life in so many ways it is frightening! Hats off to you guys that did smoked but made a life changing decision to STOP!!! Your body loves you for it!

Sorry to say i started in my teens,Glad to say i quit at 28. was the start of my quality of life- life style. Truth-Fear is a great motivater.
