HCG Diet
Hi, I am finally taking control and trying to do something about my weight. I started the HCG drops two days ago. I sure could use some advice and/or tips from other people who are using/or have used this diet. Any secrets or recipes would be greatly appreciated!

I know several people who have done this diet and gained weight back when they stopped. Remember it's a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
