Have you really looked?
I mean when's the last time you took a really long look at your body since you lost a good deal of weight and size? I lost all the weight I needed to lose without looking in a mirror, I stopped looking years ago when I starting gaining weight and not liking what I saw happening, sure that I had no way to stop it. Last night I really looked and I was amazed at what a transformation had taken place, I mainly looked at my lower half and I actually liked what I saw!! I didn't have weight problems until mid thirties and I never really like my body it look kinda scrawny to me. I know fashion has a little to do with my being OK with being skinny because that's in, but weight training and walking daily for exercise is really changing my body I'm skinny again but with definition of muscle and girl curves and no rolls of skin and I'm 57 years old! It been buried all these years under excess fat and skin! Enter new motivation!! I'm going to stop being so cheap and buy a full length mirror and really look again, total body, in three months. It really takes courage to look.

Then..
Then mirror on the wall is the No Lie telling friend telling us what we do, to our bodies one bite and food choice at a time. When I look at my body I see health not sexy, hard work not something to flaunt/vanity, I had really messed up my health and body and by the help and grace of God I'm slowly making my way back. Billiebob I hope that says/relfects something about who I am too.

Everyday I look in a full mirror. It's my toughest critic.
