Help needed; can not stop eating
I recently suffered an injury and I have been unable to run which has been my stress reliever and now ALL I DO IS EAT I have put on 10lbs in three months and I can't stop and I am really stressed by this which causes me to eat more. I am so disgusted with my self and I don't know what to do....

Injury...
You should maybe do some chair exercise or yoga...depending on the injury. Can you do arms, while your leg heals. Eating can be an immediate comfort when things are stressful, and when things are out of our control, but hopefully, you can relax and stop stressing, and get back to stasis, soon.

Carrots
I've actually started munching on carrots all the time... It actually lasts longer then most foods and is very filling
