Hi Newbie here
Hi, I have been on my Healthy journey for just over 2 years, I started off great and lost 3 stone but lost all motivation and managed to gain a bit back. I currently have to lose 7 stone to be classed as Normal BMI. I am now looking to continue as I can feel my clothes getting tighter and my determination is coming back. I have been on WW and MyFitnessPal which have all helped me but I am getting tangled in the whole calorie counting issue. I find it hard to get back into tracking. After doing it for 2 years I kind of got to the point where I just wanted to be free from it! I have now come to the point where I feel I have to do it to regain control.

I was lifting heavy and do Zumba twice a week, I stopped the lifting as had to quit my Gym membership as buying a house. I have now moved in and have bought a weight bench and weights so I can restart this. I carried on with the Zumba throughout.

I know what I need to do ( eating clean and burn fat) I juat cant get myself back on track.

Sorry for the rant but I think I just needed to write it all down to get my head back into gear.

Anyone feel like they can give me the motivation I need please add me!

Shelly

Get back to lifting and healthy eating (real food). Don't beat yourself up if you fall back, just start again.

If you want to lose the kind of weight you are looking at, only exercise and healthy can help. And by the way, when you said stone, do you know of anyone who can build me a stone patio in Yorba Linda area?
