How to get a response from FitClick
I have posted a couple troubles, and have never heard a response from a FitClick moderator. --yet I see some threads have been commented on by FitClick. ?
Specifically, I can't edit previous entries in the Weight Tracker or even see the fat percentages entered. Also, can't see details in my workouts when I go to print from the Workout Tracker.
It would be nice to see a quick "yeah, we know about that and are working on it" or "nobody uses that much so we don't have the time to fix it". Anything. I've even asked as part of my other 2 threads how to get FitClick's attention and didn't receive any replies on that question.
sniffle, sob, pouting over here...

Suggestion-
Try going to "groups" and post a message on "Fitclick feedback" (the group) I agree with you-they are remiss in responses, especially lately with their busywork on upgrading the site, the little guy and his/her issue falls to the wayside. Maybe they are all on vacations or staycations, but nonetheless, it would be nice to see them "around" more to help. Sometimes one of the members will help out long b/c FC does.
I too have been a voice in the wilderness crying...I know the feeling. Good luck.

What I did and it worked great was go to the bottom of the page and you will see About Us....Help...Advertise on FitClick. Click on help and send them a e-mail on your problem. They will help you.

Hello icantri! Sorry for the delay.
Hi icantri. We're sorry for the delayed response. We try to stay on top of the board posts. But, if we miss a day or two due to busyness or vacations, occasionally one gets buried or missed. Currently, there is not a way to edit your weight entries. We are working to make improvements to those features. As freakfreeloader suggests, we are very responsive to Help emails sent to [email protected]. Someone on our technical team should be able to make the edits for you manually. Send us an email with the edits and we'll take a look. For printing workouts, what details are you looking for -- you may make a layout change to include the instructions at the top.

thanks
thank you for the responses.
At one point there was a place to enter fat percent but now I don't see it, so I wanted to put it in the Notes field so I would have it. I have a workaround for now, but did lose some fat percentage information history. not a huge problem, but I was just asking because I would see FitClick response on the boards, but not to any of my stuff.
being able to print workout history by week or month would really be nice. :)

printing workout history
specifically, to be able to print the exercises I did (with Actual time/distance reps) for a date range is what I would appreciate.
thanks again!

The way I enter "body fat %" is to...
*Go to the tippy-top of the screen where it says "Account" and click.
*Then click "Weigh-in and other measurements"
*There is a place there to enter EVERYTHING including Body Fat %
:)

Body Fat % and Print Workout
Yes, as jjswbs2 noted, you may enter body fat % manually on Weigh-In and Other Measurements from Account page. Or, the FitClick system will calculate for you based on your measurements on the My Progress page. Click Calculate next to Your current body fat % beneath KEY STATS.
We appreciated your feedback regarding our Print workouts feature and will share with our team. Currently, the Print link only prints upcoming/scheduled workouts so that you can then use the print out for reference during your workout.
