I know what you mean....
The same thing is happening to me. I'm trying to stick to a 1200 cal.low/carb high protein, and it says I'm staying around 800-900 cal, but I'm also full. I'm checking everything I eat or drink even creamer in the coffee. It seems to me, the more we eat right the more satisfied we will be. It's our bodies way of telling us thank you, thank you, thank you! You are finally taking care of me like I deserve! Good Luck!

A word of Caution
While its good to listen to your body and know when it says "I'm full" you also want to make sure you are receiving enough vitamins and minerals so that your body can repair itself with the fuel you're putting into it.

If you're monitoring your diet on Fit-click as well, you can scroll down the calories/carbs/fat content to see your daily vitamin intake as well.

I strongly recommend that your get a Women's Multivitamin to take once a day to supplement what your body needs. Its about 10 calories, but the impact it has is highly helpful.

I like it.
The feeling of being full. Something I didn't notice until I started eating right. I was eating more than 2500 calories a day. That was depressing. Now i'm eating between 1200-1400 a day and i'm losing weight. I'm told that to maintain my weight (which I don't want to do) I need to eat 2300 calories a day. Hopefully by cutting 1000 calories the weight will keep coming off and my clothes will fit better. I feel better on a daily basis. I sleep better and I have more energy. Also when I first started I only counted calories. And tried to keep it under 1000. But that wasn't healthy, and I wasn't getting the protein, fats, vitamins I needed. I'm getting better making sure I get the proper nutrients and I also take a Women's One-A-Day multi-vitamin to help me with my goals. :) Good Luck to you!

You can eat vegetable to keep fit. When you are hungry, you can play Stick Merge to forget your food.
