I need a buddy! A motivator! I want to lose weight and get more energy and feel and look great.
Looking for a buddy to motivate. Ideas on planning ahead on a budget. And make sure I am working out 4-5 times a week. If you have a work out plan for a beginner please let me know. If you have a meal plan great for budget please send.
