It seems to me that for effective weight loss it is very important to combine exercise and diet. First of all if you are thirteen you should not be an extreme dieter. Just be more active because at that young of an age your metabolism should be quite fast. I suggest that you eat more vegetables and eat fruits instead of junk food and sweets. Join a school sport or run outside. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise 4 or 5 times at least Pay someone to do my Assignment.
