I'm new and looking for friends!
Well I just joined this site. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I do have some. I can not find motivation that sticks. I figure, it's easier to do when you have someone there to support you along the way. So anyone interested to talk with about motivation, nutrition, what workouts work etc, please message me! My name is Jordan, I'm an 18 year old girl and I live in beautiful British Columbia Canada. I can talk through email, or through this site, or whatever works. Not particular with who I'm looking for, male or female, doesn't matter. I am just sick of not being happy with myself and am afraid to do it 'alone'.

I know how you feel.
Well I have more weight that I want to lose. I just do not feel happy with how I look at this point. Maybe if we work together we can both get to where we want to be weight and healthwise.

i know what you feel
when I was 18 I was the exact same way. I am now 22 and am still that way! I dont have a lot of weight to lose either, but I have been yo-yoing on diets for a few years become healthy, then a little overweight and back again. My problem is staying healthy. i am not sure how to sick to eating healthy and exercising. I get burnt out after a while. Plus, being in school doesnt help...with all the work.
