Looking for a workout/diet buddy
I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids... Right now my life is a bit chaotic and it would be nice to have a friend somewhere to help support me. I have alrady lost 7 pounds but have about 25 more to lose...... Alot of my friends are quite obese and although I have tried to get them to diet with me ( I am about 20-25 pounds over weight right now) they won't. And they don't exactly appreciate it when I call them to tell them about my weight loss, diet etc... So anyone anywhere that would like an online cheerleader and would be willing to be mine let me know!

hi!
Hi there! I also have 2 kids, ages 4 and 8 months, and I DEFINITELY understand your frustrations and struggles... I have tons of friends who are overweight and are complacent being there, but I really don't let that get to me. My husband is very supportive of me and this helps TREMENDOUSLY, so I would definitely LOVE to help you in your weight loss journey! :) With my son, I gained 70 pounds when I was pregnant, and it took me a little over 2 years to get it off... then when I was pregnant again with my daughter, I gained almost 55 (even though I was conscious of the gain, I had a lot of stressors... my son was in the hospital with cancer and eating well just wasn't quite in the cards), and I told myself that by the time she turns 1, i'll have lost it all. I am now almost at my pre-pregnancy weight, due to a lot of hard work and discipline, and if you feel you need a cheerleader, I could definitely try my hardest to help you out!

Hello...
Yaaaay on the 7 lbs. Today is my first day. I am planning to start eating right and working out again. I have a 3 year old daughter who needs a more energetic mom instead of one that is always tired and sick. I need to lose about 15 lbs. May not seem like a lot to some, but to me, it feels impossible...BUT, I want to try. I am 31 but starting to feel 91. Lol. So I commend you for trying and you can share you diet success with me because hearing you make changes in your life is soooo encouraging :).

Hi There
Stay at home mom here as well - I've always been active, but lately not so much, especially in the cold, snowy winter. I don't necessary need to lose weight (I've always been skinny for my height, so stat wise I'm right on), but I eat like crap at lot of the time and don't do much else. My belly has grown (like all my body fat goes there) and want to tone it. I know as I get older (31) my metabolizium will slow down and I won't be able to eat like I do now.
I'm tired all the time, my sleep schedule is off (always been a night owl) and seems like I eat just because there's nothing to do and I LOVE food.
Hoping to join you all in support,
E
