Hey there, Rock,
Have you considered supplementing your diet with calorie-rich protein shakes? I know a few guys with seemingly similar body types and they supplement with high quality protein in addition to their non-shake diet. That and a consistent weighted resistance program has helped them put on some really nice muscle mass to the tune of 15-30lbs over 90 days. I'm actually planning on doing that same program this summer (though I don't have a super speedy metabolism...pretty average, IMO). If you're curious about it, I'm happy to discuss.
