The site looks helpful just alot going on !!! Is this hard to keep up with , there is so much to fill out food and the fitness plan!! HELP !!! Any thoughts for me to be motivated with this site?undecided

Easy as pie!!!
it really is easy.....if your on board. I think the best part is the meals are planned for you. If you don't want to use what they suggest just click swap. I love it...and if you wait till you go to bed there is only one click. it reads I ate all planned meals. This feature works even if you plan them your self instead of what they suggest. This is the same case for the Workout logging. I am so in love with the site. This has taken over my farmville account lol....best of luck...oh and to make it even easier the shopping list is also one click stop shop lol...
