Motivation lost
Help---any suggestions for getting motivated to exercise???? I've been so good these past few months and have lost it!!! Darn.. Usually the point system gets me motivated but not these past few days.. Help!

achievable goals
One idea is to set daily small achievable goals. Don't demand an entire "perfect" workout of yourself. Achieving even the smallest goal can start a motivation avalanche.
