My first day is tomorrow
i am starting again tomorrow! i have had the worst love/hate relationship with food you can imagine. i have been over weight my entire adult life! i lose weight, then gain it back plus more. i need help, buddies, motivation to enjoy my life and my family. i want to be able to run with my boys, have enough energy to do what i want. there was a time when i took martial arts classes alongside my boys. now i have a hard time walking to the mail box. My husband is also a foodie, and the two of us spend more time eating on the couch than taking care of each other. this has got to change!
so i'm looking for buddies who are in the same boat!

Feel your pain
I understand exactly how you feel. I have a 9 month old and want so badly to take her to the beach but REFUSE to put on my maternity bathing suit. Have a journey and need support as well.

9 months old is a wonderful time for little ones, they are just learning what the world is. as for support let me know what you are doing and we'll stay in touch with eachother!
