New Uses need help and advice
Im and 18 year old male Im 6'2 185lbs and Im trying to get up 195 or 200. And I was wondering if the FitClick workout and diets are the way to go or should I go off a workout someone made? Also I was wondering do I need to fill in a blank day with a workout, or will the FitClick fill it in as I move along?

The FitClick "Select" track is a great place to start -- it's a good, solid plan to build some base strength. After you've done that workout for 3-6 months, try some of the more advanced power routines or another user's routine.

alright thank you, I've done a few of the workouts and I'm already starting to feel a difference.

stick with it
just stick with it and be consistent with your routine. after a couple months you'll have some core strength to build off of
