just getting back to gym
Hello all, I have had quite a few stomach surgeries in the last 2 years. I have just been released to start back to normal work and working out. I was wondering if anyone had ideas of a good workout, that i can stregnthen my stomach without going overboard and also put on some muscle. I have lost about 65lbs in the past year due to surgeries and noticed It is all going to come back. I need somthing that I can gradually work on due to the fact i dont want to hurt myself or cause any more stomach muscel problem. If anyone has a good rehab schedule for stomach and toning up arms chest and legs I would appreciate the help. Thanks

just joined a gym
Hey All!
I just joined a gym...first time!! I love it! I also have back problems.
I was told I should have major surgery but I have decided to lose weight and exercise instead!!! I have Degenerative Disc Disease.
If anyone out there is dealing with the something I would love to discuss different ways of exercising. I know Yoga is suppose to be a good thing. I would love to be a supportive friend to someone. Because I need the support as well. I would like to lose 50lbs.
