P90X Diet
Guys, I started the P90X diet and workout on 2/1/10. Here is it just a few weeks into and I'm down 10 pounds. Honestly, I think its more the diet than the workouts. Don't get me wrong, I'm getting my ASS KICKED every workout but I feel the diet is doing more.
<u>HERE'S THE DAILY (fat shredder) DIET:</u>
7 proteins (3oz portions, fish, chicken, lean beef)
3 Dairy <i>(skim milk or at the very least 2%)
1 fruit
4 vegetables
1 fat <i>( I use 2% milk for my dairy so I don't worry about this )
1 carb <i>(2 pieces of 12 grain bread is 1 carb or 1 cup of pasta)
1 power bar
1 sports drink
If you follow this for 2 or 3 months you will loose weight.

p90x
I've been doing p90x as well and it really does kick your ass, but if I don't have time (e.g. Tuesdays when I work an 18hr day), I do a shorter 20/30min workout from www.bodyrock.tv, the woman's workouts are intense. You seem really dedicated, so thought you may enjoy her workouts, also my bf thinks she is gorgeous so I'm sure that's a bonus for you too :)
