Protein
Any suggestions on how I can increase my amount of protein consumption, without increasing my fat consumption?

add some beans to your meals...
add some beans to your meals... lentil or black bean soup for lunch... 1/4 cup of garbanzos added to your salad... mashed pinto beans in a soft taco shell with lettuce and tomato. Beans are a non-fat, high protein food. I'd try to incorporate whole foods into your diet that add protein, rather than relying on a "supplement" to increase protein.

Thank you...try to avoid supplements, aside from a whey protein shake I do on Workout days....and have recently switched to Greek yogurt...as Rachel Ray would say, "Yum-O!

The Incredible Edible EGG WHITE!
High protein, low fat, filling and you can drink it in a smoothie or cook them and make awesome omelets.
