Question about weights and dumbbells
OK - so this may be an idiotic question, but can anyone tell me if I am doing an excercise requiring dumbbells, is the weight recommendation per dumbbell or a total weight? So if it says 25lbs, am I using 2 25 dumbbells or 2 12lbs dumbbells?

dumbbell weight
The dumbbell weight is per dumbbell. So, if it says 25 lbs it means two 25 lbs dumbbells. Good work.
