Recipes not within dietary guidelines
Found FitClick at iTunes app store. One question: Why would a diet and nutrition site recommend an item for breakfast such as the breakfast beef scramble with 44 fat grams? I couldn't figure out why my 1st breakfast totals were sooooo high until I saw this was automatically added to my diet plan. Just what is nutritious about 560 calories when 400 of those calories are from fat (71%). Please rethink offering recipes which are so out of whack with dietary guidelines. So far working out how to work the site. Instructions are not real clear and I have been using trial and error.
