The Healthy Action Challenge
Seems like time for a new healthy challenge. Name one thing each day that you have done to take care of your health. It might be that you had a really healthy eating day; or you went for your annual physical; maybe you're quitting smoking and didn't smoke at all today, perhaps you went to the gym; walked the dog; played in the park with your grandson; went fishing or just plain went out in the fresh air. What did you do for your health today?
I got up early and walked my dog.

I signed in to my FitClick Account
I haven't been on here for awhile and haven't done much to improve my weight issue either. Coming back on this site is new start for me :)

Used my break to walk, instead of sitting and relaxing.
