Warning: this is ridiculous.....
I have gone into workout tracker, created a custom workout, entered my results, where is the "SUBMIT RESULTS" button. Any other button I press just deletes my workout. I apologize for how ridiculous this sounds.

I'm trying to find out the same info, where is the submit button? how do you enter your calories?
