Working Night Shift
Can anybody suggest a way to keep my diet on track when working the night shift?

I only have to work one weekend of night shift (Friday and Saturday 11p.m-7a.m) per month, but I find that these 2 night shifts really throws off my eating habits! I have a very hard time sleeping during the day so becasue I'm up, I'll still have my regular 3 meals and snacks...here's the scary part...because I'm up all night, I find my self going to the hospital vending machines at 3 a.m. for that bag of sour cream and bacon chips.

Should I eat less during the day and have a healthy meal at work, or should I not eat anything at all during the night shift?

I would cut my daily meals in half and have the other half at night.
