Workout videos?
Hello,

I am new to the site. While setting up my workouts, I use workout videos frequently but I do not see how to add them as a scheduled workout.

Also, a search of the forum would be great!

I appreciate any help!

Wi on the Tv?
I have been doing aerobics with the Wi game system, and log them as an aerobic workout - could you do it that way?
Just a thought ,hope it helps.

Thank you for responding! Wii Cardio Boxing is my favorite!

I'll give that a try. I typically use the videos for strength training though.
