adjusting percentages??
Hey all, I just started this and think it will be a help. I have set up a diet plan but need some help. I want to lose fat but not the muscle that i have worked on for the past couple years. I need to adjust the percentages that are there to match my diet. I am into weightlifting hard and need high protein but low carbs. I am looking for a 30/40/30 plan. is it possible to adjust the preset percentages on the plans?

"(Edit targets)" on Diet Score Card
On your Diet Tracker page on your Diet Score Card there's a link in blue next to that title called (Edit targets). Click on that. You can type what you want over the percentages to change them, although the process is finicky. (I can't remember exactly, but I think it doesn't like it if you hit your enter button.) In the Add Nutrients column just to the left of that, you can select other things to track. (I have been surprized to learn how quickly sodium bounds upwards.) Then you scroll down and click on SUBMIT to get the changes to apply from that day forward.
