advice for the fit and frustrated needed!
Hi All,
Im trying to loose a stubborn 5-7 lbs!
Im a very fit person, I teach cardio and conditioning classes 5 days a week. I eat pretty clean and when not watching the cals I eat about 1800 a day. It takes me 2 months to loose 5lbs! Im currently trying to follow 1300 cals a day. On the weekends I tend to go over 1 or 200 over the 1300. Im 47, a vegetarian and I know the metabolism slows down despite the amount of activity that one does. Keeping the carb intake down is always a challenge and I don't believe in restricting them completely. I think my workouts could be changed up to fool the body since I've been doing the same workouts. I teach spinng 2-3x a week, 2 conditioning classes and 2 intense step classes. So the workouts are varied. Im really frustrated and confused as to why I can't shed a few lbs!!! ANy advice or tips?? I love fitclick!!

Advice
My gosh, and YOU'RE asking us for advice!!! Lol Sounds like you're really fit and healthy. Have you tried eating more smaller meals each day--- Like eat 5 small meals instead of 3 meals each day. I find that helped me in losing those 5 lbs I needed to loose. When we would go out to eat when ordering our food I would immediately ask for a "go box" and would take half the food off my plate and would only eat what was on my plate.... After waiting a couple of hours I would then eat what was in the go box!! Just a suggestion---- But you're caloric intake isn't much---this may not work for you! Sorry and Good luck--
