choosing my work out plan
hello everyone!
I'm new and I'm finding trouble picking my work ou plan.
I have free access to a gym where I live so I decided to put it to good use.
Thing is... I used to swim. I am very fat atm but I used to be a competition swimmer, through all my life, so I have this big muscles under all the fat. I want to get in shape again, but I really (REALLY) don't want my muscle to get any bigger... I'm unsure which routine to pick.
Should I go for cardio only? or toning? or something else?
