confused
I am 32 yr old female. My starting weight was 327 lbs. I have been dieting for a month and a half. I am down to 310 lbs. I am doing 30 min on an eliptical, and weight lifting five days a week. I have never really had a regular exercise program. I feel like I am pushing myself as hard as I can. i am wondering if I should attempt to try and push myself more or is this enough? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

dont push yourself any harder, just dont start slowing down. You've lost almost 20 lbs in 6 weeks!!!!! you keep working you'll keep losing. when you want to kick it up is when you find the weight loss slowing down with no change to diet or your workouts. this is when you,ve hit your plateau. your body has gotten used to your work out, then you want to push it. I was 15 , 5 ft, 288 lbs, the first hundy came off easy, i just followed what the above. again a big WOOHOO on the grreeeaat start!!!

Awesome Job!
Dont push yourself any harder! U are doing great. You might want to start adding more cardio to your workouts though. Weight lifting is wonderful and muscle will burn more calories than fat BUT you need a nice balance. I would slowly up your cardio from 30 min to 60 if you can. Also dont forget to not work out the same groups of muscles everyday and to do different exercises as you can. So like M W F do abs T TH do arms and legs and switch up the machines/exercises you do. To really boost weighloss you should also make sure you are eating well. If you find you are working out but not loosing check what you are eating often we are so worried about eating too much we eat too little! Keep it up!
