exercize
I am new to this site (four days). So far have not posted and exercise because it breaks everything down. I want to post my effort at Curves and a 2 mile walk each day. Does anyone know how I can track these?

It's easy
If your page is showing any exercises, you have to delete them. Once you have a blank page, just scroll thru the list of exercises to enter them, set your sets and reps and don't forget to click save, otherwise you will lose everything. Let me know if you have any problems.
