why didn't someone tell me losing weight can get pretty hard!

It is tough!!
haha.. it does seem there is nothing easy about it, doesn't it? It does get easier though. I have lost just over 70 lbs in the past, and gained about 30 back. I'm working on getting rid of those 30 again. Lifestyle changes is the only way to go! One step at a time though and don't beat yourself up about setbacks... we all have them! You'll do great! Allow yourself the tough days, say they suck and hope for an easier tomorrow!! :)

Im Casino würde ich mir keine Sorgen machen, Energie einzubringen, besonders mag ich keinen Laden, deshalb schreibe ich in so einer Situation und schaue gerne hier.
