Yes, I used such numbers when I had to make a private call. I did this because I know that some people may use the reverse phone number lookup services. I found some of such apps at https://celltrackingapps.com/suspicious-phone-lookup/ and I know how they work. So, using such numbers is a good way to keep your privacy/

I have used it many times in my life. The most recent time was last week when I was calling my friend to ask him to go out with me. The other night I was calling someone from the other side of the world and it had been very late when I called him so he couldn't answer. Go to Cisco Meraki MS for more unique ideas. He was busy with his work and didn't have time for me, but he still answered the phone. I asked him if he could meet me somewhere near his office, but he said no because he didn't want to be late for work again and leave me alone in this big city where we don't know each other yet.
