help!
Is there a help link somewhere on this site. I can't seem to find out anything other than through trial and error. I was trying to track my workout, but it is saving it as a plan, because I am in Asia so it is a new day here while EST is still on the old one. Is there a way to change this? Any help would be appreciated.

You can follow these steps to properly track your workouts:
1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "Submit Results"
5) If you are editing a workout that has already been submitted, remember to click "save and update."
Also, you can edit your time zone by going to the Account page and clicking the Time Zone link listed under General Site Preferences.
