Ideas for Kayleannie
From what I read you are looking to trim up for the summer! The best thing that I can say to do is to focus on cardio, and diet. I know that is what worked for me. from May of '08 to now I llost 50 lbs, and the way I did it was through 30-40 minutes of cardio and then some weight training. I usually did (initially) 3 days a week of weight training and 5 days a week of cardio. If you want to chat more about this, my user name is RyanB28 feel free to send me a message! Good luck, and happy weightloss!

I've lost 50 lbs so far too, eating smaller portions and cardio and some strength training

You have to work out hard along with a controlled diet. Only then you can lose your weight permanently. There are many shortcuts(supplements) to reduce weight. But most of them are not good for health. justcbdtopicals.com I prefer to work out and diet.
