Eating Right
Having a healthy diet doesn't mean that you have to exclusively eat just salads, or any salads at all. Since you are planning on losing a substantial amount of weight, you have to remember that it is not an overnight process, therefore crash-dieting will not be effective. Try taking baby-steps to improve your day-to-day diet: increase your fiber and protein intake, decrease your saturated fat intakes, and try replacing simple carbohydrates with complex carbs. There are a large variety of meal plan options available on the FitClick Diet Dashboard that can give you a quick start to changing your eating habits.

New too.
I was 30 when I had my first child. When I first got pregnate, I wt in at about 110lbs. Nice shape. Now 2 kids later, my youngest being almost 3, I am weighing in about 201lbs. I am ready for this change. I am tired all the time, out of breath alot. I can't hang when it comes to my kids, I get frustrated at them b/c they keep going when mommy needs to take a break. I need help and I know this site will be a little motivation for me.

small steps
start with one small step: use a salad plate for meals. this helps with portion controll b/c we eat with our eyes. you can fill up the salad plate and have your portion under control. a habit takes at least 21 days to form. it gets easier!! good luck.

Good First Step
After many many years of ups and downs with my weight, I am finally stable - and from all of those good and bad days - my best advice is to look at every single thing you put in your mouth as a DECISION ... question yourself - and ask "Is there a healthier option?" "Is this the best decision for myself - for my family?" ... It may lead to a lot of talking to yourself ... but this was my first step towards success ... Life, Eating and just about everything we experience is a decision ... so start questioning every single one ... Another good start is to focus on cutting out condiments and calorie based drinks ... It is a great first step for the DECISION process ... and you will certainly cut out many many calories ... I wish you the best ... and always feel free to reach out with any questions ... I am holding strong at 110 lbs lost for over 10 years.

Re:
Hi! I'm new here too and I have a lot of questions. But I realized that it would be difficult because few people are constantly online on this resource. I usually use something like one night friend. Such a site is widely used to find new contacts. There are many online chats with a large number of interlocutors at any time. Can we make our chat there?
