i need help and would like some motivation. i could use a friend to push me along. HELP! i am 26 years old and just need to get out of my rut.

KEEP WITH IT..YOU DO IT FOR.....you.......
I am a trainer and know from my clients how tough it can be.
Perhaps hire a trainer to get you started with some basic exercises as most people do not know were to start. As well a GOOD trainer will help motivate you along the way.
I also work as a trainer with survivor bootcamp another way to get you started on the path to fitness.
