new member in need of motivation
Hi Im a new member and i am trying to get motivated. I've been trying to work out but my schedule doesn't permit so I've decided to make my schedule work around my workout time. My problem is that I don't understand how to use this website. When looking at the workout plans is the workout that is described included on the page or is the plans just a way of saying we did the workout. For instance I saw p90x workout plan do I have access to the program or is it there just for me to say that I've done the workout?

Using workout plans
Hi Jennelle23, I think you are questioning how to use the workout plan. First you need to chose the plan that best suits your needs. After chosing "use this plan", the site will make suggestions for each day. They are only suggestions, as you can either "delete" or "swap" any or all for each day. If you find a substitute excercise you prefer, then click on that exercise to add to your day, and then fill in your time and weights actually used if applicable. After your workout is complete, be sure to click on the "submit" button near the top right to get credit for it. Most of the exercises show a demo to explain how to do it, sometimes a video is also included. If you are not following a plan but want to enter your own workouts, you can scroll down and chose whatever that is and I'm sure there is a way to enter something not on there (I have found everything already put in that I've searched for so far.) Other than the brief videos and written instructions, there are no complete programs as such. (p90x). Don't give up, it will become very familiar the more the do it, and is actually quite easy to figure out. I have been using this site for just over a month and find it very helpful so far. I hope this answers some of your questions.

I know you can accomplish whatever you wish. I agree that you shouldn't give up as it will be easy to figure out. Try to exercise, train more, visit https://edubirdie.com/alphabetizer and find an adherent. And there are all chances to win
