ready to jump in full force
its 6 days after having a baby and im so ready to jump back in full force. Fortunitly I never gained any weight during my pregnacy, and I lost weight to be honist. Which the drs. were ok with i was 115lbs over weight before I was pregnat, and as of today I weight 194lbs. Thats a total of 41lbs during pregnacy. I feel great, and I cant wait to keep going to be healthier for my baby. She needs me to be healthy, and I want to teach her how to be healthy to.

congrats!
Your doing great and I just wanted to lend some encouragement on the awesome progress you are making. I am not yet a mother but hope to be some day and I can just imagine the difficulty to stay on a diet while pregnant. It must be such an great motivator to have your child and the desire to be healthy not only for you but for her. Way to go girl!

Take care of yourself & baby before worrying about losing more weight too fast.
You can do it, but take care of your body first....don't rush it right now since you just had a baby....it needs time to heal. Sounds like so far you have done great!
