Training tip
Most poeple respond to weight gain by starting a low calorie diet. Without exercise, a diet may be inefective and actually increase the amount of fat your body is likely to store. About 25% of weight lost from a low calorie diet is lean muscle leading to a slower metabolism. Over 90% of those who begin a low calorie without exercise, gain back more weight than they started. The worst part of this process is much of the lean muscle tissue lost while dieting is replaced by fat. The best way to deal with unwanted flab begin a exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue. Arobic avtivity to burn fat. Then a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake.
